Your membership covers standard primary and preventive care, on an ongoing basis, for acute, chronic, and wellness needs. Below is an overview of our main care categories.

Chronic Disease Management
Hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma, managed with a root-cause focus.
Comprehensive management with a root cause focus of common chronic disease states such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, and other chronic conditions.

Lifestyle Medicine
Evidence-based counselling built on the lifestyle pillars: food, movement, sleep, stress, connection.
Evidence-based counselling focused on lasting health and wellbeing.

Metabolic Health & Body Composition
Insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight and body composition.
Complimentary segmental body composition analysis is included, covering lean muscle mass, body fat and visceral fat, tracked over time so progress shows up as more than a number on a scale.

Acute Care
Same day and next day visits for unexpected illnesses and injuries.
From sinus and upper respiratory infections to rashes, urinary tract infections (UTIs), and minor injuries - we make every effort to get you on the schedule today or tomorrow.

Women's & Men's Health
Gynecologic, urologic, and sexual health care for women and men.
Routine and preventative screenings, urological wellness, sexual health and contraception management.

Hormone Management
Optimization and management through age-related transitions.
Menopause, perimenopause, and low testosterone, managed as part of the whole picture rather than in isolation. Please note the provider’s clinical scope does not include gender-affirming hormone therapy.

Mental & Emotional Wellness
Medication management and holistic support, coordinated with outside counselling.
Basic medication management for routine baseline mental health conditions and longitudinal coordination for outside counseling / psychiatric services.

Pediatric Care
Wellness exams for children and adolescents, ages 3 and older.
Wellness exams for children and adolescents which include developmental monitoring, acute and preventive care, anticipatory guidance and age-appropriate screenings. Age limits do apply. Vaccinations not included.

Office Procedures & In-House Labs
Blood draws, specimen collection, and simple procedures done here.
Blood draws, specimen collection and select office procedures performed in the clinic. Many routine procedures can be handled in office. If specialized laboratory testing, pathology services, or non-routine supplies are needed, additional costs will be discussed in advance.

Unlimited secure messaging, phone consultations, and video visits.
Connect with your team through our secure patient platform during business hours. Send messages, schedule phone consultations, and complete video visits through our secure platform. Get guidance and answers when you need them — we’re available without the barriers of traditional scheduling.
This list represents broad categories of care available through our membership. Individual services, procedures, and specific limitations are governed strictly by the formal Membership Agreement signed upon enrollment.
