How this website handles the information you give it. Last updated August 2026.
This page covers the website only. Once you become a member, your medical records and clinical communications are protected health information governed by HIPAA and handled through our encrypted patient portal, not through this site. You will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF) when you enroll, and you can read it here any time.
What this website collects
If you submit the meet-and-greet form we collect the name, email, phone number, preferred meeting format, availability, and any message you choose to send. We use that only to contact you about your request.
We also collect standard analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you.
Please do not send health information here.
The website contact form is not a secure or HIPAA-compliant channel. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or any other health details in it. Standard SMS and email are not secure either, which is why members use our encrypted portal for anything clinical.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make this site work: our form processor, our analytics provider, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to function and to measure traffic in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. Your browser can block cookies; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us what website information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@aspirehealthdpc.com and we will respond.
