Why we're different

The traditional healthcare system is broken.

Six weeks on a waiting list buys you fifteen minutes, if you’re lucky. A hand already on the door. A question you never got to ask. The final insult arrives three months later: a bill for an astronomical sum, whispered by no one, but demanded in full.

None of this is anyone’s fault, exactly. It is a numbers game. A traditional insurance-driven practice needs two to three thousand patients to keep the lights on, and that math turns care into a conveyor belt.

Aspire Health runs on different numbers. By rejecting that high-volume model, we put you first. We intentionally cap our membership, ensuring our clinic stays small and manageable. By caring for a smaller panel of patients, we give you the time you deserve and tie our success entirely to your long-term health outcomes—not the number of visits we can bill.

How it works

Think of it like a gym membership, but for your health.

For a flat monthly fee you get comprehensive primary care. That is the whole model. It is not insurance, and it is not concierge medicine.

Because we do not bill insurance, there is no billing department, no medical coding, no prior authorization roadblocks, and nothing to dispute months down the road. We eliminate the routine paperwork, complex medical coding games, and administrative headaches that slow down traditional care. By cutting out these corporate hurdles, we trade tedious paperwork for unhurried clinical time—the only resource that actually makes primary care work.

You keep your insurance for the big things: hospital care, surgery, imaging, or specialty providers. We handle the everyday and the preventive, which is most of it.

Family Nurse Practitioner

“I entered family medicine to truly know my patients. Yet no matter how hard I fought to keep that connection, the system kept bogging us down. So I stepped off the conveyor belt to build something better.”

Casta is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with ten years of clinical practice, board certification in lifestyle medicine, and integrative and functional nutrition certification underway. Her approach starts with root causes rather than symptoms, and with the assumption that you should be an active partner in your own care, not a passive recipient of instructions.

What a membership includes

Six things that change the day you join.

Concrete things, not adjectives.

01

Unhurried appointments

Visits run 30 to 60 minutes, longer when they need to. Enough time to hear the whole story, not just the chief complaint.

02

Direct access to your provider

Call, message, or video-visit your care team through our secure app. No phone tree, no waiting on a callback that never comes.

03

Same-day and next-day visits

Sick today? We make every effort to get you on the schedule today or tomorrow. That is the flexibility a small patient panel makes possible.

04

Labs

Blood draws happen in-house. You pay our deeply discounted direct pricing—often substantially less than typical pricing. You’ll know the exact cost before anything is run.

05

Body composition analysis

Segmental analysis and trending of lean muscle mass, body fat, and visceral fat included in your membership.

06

Proactive wellness planning

Dedicated, unhurried time to focus on your lifestyle, nutrition, and mental well-being, ensuring prevention is your starting point and not the afterthought. In short, it means we invest our energy into keeping you well, instead of just managing your illness after it happens.

The honest answers

The four questions everybody asks.

Usually in this order.

Is this the same as concierge medicine?

No. Both charge a periodic membership fee, but a concierge practice also bills your insurance for each service rendered, which brings back the copays and coinsurance costs you were trying to escape.

Direct primary care keeps costs predictable and affordable by avoiding insurance entirely. Everything in your membership is included in the fee you already know about.

What if I'm healthy and rarely need care? Is a membership worth it?

Yes. Direct primary care is not only there when you are sick. Preventive and proactive care, lifestyle guidance, and health education are all part of your membership.

Your membership covers both long-term wellness and sudden illness. We are redefining healthcare to ensure personalized prevention is the starting point, not the afterthought. For a healthy person, value means proactive care—catching issues early and anchoring your future on a solid health foundation. Traditional medicine operates on a reactive model, stepping in only after something goes wrong. We completely flip that equation to focus entirely on keeping you well.

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes. Direct primary care is not insurance. It is a highly personalized way of delivering healthcare.

We strongly recommend that members maintain a high-deductible insurance plan, a health savings account, or a health share plan to protect against major, unexpected medical events such as catastrophic emergencies, major surgery, or specialized hospital care.

Do you take Medicare patients?

Yes, we are open to Medicare patients. The practice and provider have formally opted out of the Medicare program.

What that means for you: you must enter into a private contract for medical services, and by doing so you agree that neither you nor your legal representative will submit a claim to Medicare for any services we provide. Federal law requires this separate documentation to be signed by every Medicare-eligible member before services are rendered.

All 28 Questions

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

We would rather you find out now than three months in.

A good fit if you…

  • Are tired of being rushed, and want a provider who knows your history without reading it off a screen.
  • Have a high-deductible plan and are effectively paying cash for primary care already.
  • Are uninsured and need predictable, affordable access to a provider.
  • Are managing something chronic and want someone to look at why, not just what to prescribe.
  • Want prevention taken seriously before something goes wrong.
  • Are on Medicare and are willing to sign a private contract.

Not the right fit if you…

  • Need care for a child under 3. Our pediatric care starts at age 3.
  • Need long-term controlled substances. We refer chronic pain to a specialist pain provider.
  • Are looking for vaccinations on site. We do not stock them, and will refer you to a pharmacy.
  • Want us to bill your insurance. We do not participate in any insurance program.
  • Need emergency or urgent care facilities. We are not equipped or staffed for that. Call 911.
  • Want a walk-in clinic. Everything here is by appointment.
