Board-certified family nurse practitioner, ten years in practice, and the founder of Aspire Health. At a practice this size, she is the provider you see every visit.
Dear Future Member,
Pause. Take a breath. You are about to start a whole new relationship with your health, and this one is different. You will be heard, you will be valued, and you will not be hurried.
From a very young age, I became captivated by the human body’s distinct, intentional design—the beautiful symphony and interconnectedness of how it functions. I have learned over the years that the body has an incredible, innate ability to heal itself when given the right environment.
After more than a decade of clinical experience managing complex patient care, I found myself watching the heavy toll of chronic disease on the people I treated. At the same time I grew profoundly frustrated with a system that treats symptoms in isolation. I entered family medicine to truly know my patients, to understand your story, your day-to-day, the quirks that make you who you are. I wanted a real partnership.
Yet no matter how hard I fought to keep that connection, the system kept bogging us down with twenty-minute appointments, corporate metrics, and insurance demands. It became harder and harder to provide the deep, authentic care patients deserved while trapped in the machine.
So I stepped off the conveyor belt to build something better.
That frustration is what pushed me toward advanced board certification in lifestyle medicine and ongoing advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition, ultimately leading to the founding of Aspire Health. I made a conscious choice to shift away from simply managing symptoms and toward addressing the root causes of illness.
My vision is straightforward: to usher in an era of authentic wellness where personalized, preventive care is the starting point, not the afterthought. A community where health is built on a strong foundation of lifestyle, nutrition, and mental well-being.
“The journey to your best health is not a destination.”
In a fast-paced world, it is easy to view health as a single endpoint—a target weight, a clear lab report, or a quick recovery from an illness. True, authentic wellness doesn’t have a finish line. Health isn’t a final destination, but a continuous process of growth and adaptation. It is a timeless lifestyle, masterfully designed from the roots up, and along that path there will be twists and turns and unexpected bumps. Setbacks are not failures; they are just part of the human scenery.
It is truly a humbling experience to be invited into a patient’s health and wellness journey. I look forward to the opportunity to walk with you along this path!
Respectfully,
Why the practice looks the way it does
We found our model in midcentury modern design.
When the practice was founded, we looked for inspiration outside the corporate health system, and found it in the philosophy of midcentury modern design.
Much like the midcentury era, born from a post-war generation that bravely embraced innovation, functionality and accessibility, we believe it is time to rethink how we do medicine and strip away the clutter. Those designers created practical, beautiful spaces, rejecting excessive ornamentation in favor of clean lines, organic shapes, and a seamless fusion of form and function. The result was a timeless style that balances retro charm with contemporary sensibility.
Direct primary care operates on exactly the same balance. Today’s healthcare has become the ultimate clutter: a bloated bureaucracy where healing is buried under hidden fees, insurance noise, rushed appointments, and surface-level symptom management.
At Aspire Health we bring that enduring midcentury balance back to medicine. We strip away the administrative clutter to restore the retro charm of a deeply personal, unhurried relationship, and pair that classic devotion with contemporary science that targets the true root causes of your health.
Training & focus

Outside the clinic
I try to live the way I ask my patients to.
When I’m not partnering with patients, I’m living the same principles I encourage them to embrace. Staying active, prioritizing fitness and wellness, connecting with my church community, and spending meaningful time with family are all part of how I maintain my own health. These experiences help me better understand the challenges, goals, and everyday choices that shape long-term well-being.
I am also a self-proclaimed foodie, always hunting for the next great culinary experience. Food is medicine, after all!
Personally, I am passionate about early intervention and helping people build a strong foundation for lifelong health. While every journey is unique, I believe lasting wellness is often built through consistent daily choices. My goal is to be a trusted partner, walking alongside you every step of the way.
Why people finally succeed here
Traditional healthcare often gives advice in fifteen minutes and hopes for the best.
Real change rarely works that way.
Whether the goal is losing weight, improving blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, building strength, sleeping better, or simply feeling like yourself again, meaningful progress takes time.
It requires learning, adjusting, trying again, and sometimes discovering that what we thought would work doesn’t.
That is why I approach care as a partnership.
I do not expect perfection.
I expect progress.
When setbacks happen, we do not treat them as failure. We treat them as information.
Every setback teaches us something. Every challenge helps us refine the plan.
My role is not to judge you when life gets in the way. My role is to help you find the next step forward.
